Principal Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary

Providing deep technical leadership, the full-time remote Principal Infrastructure Architect will shape the architecture of mission-critical, low-latency, high-availability platforms, influencing architectural direction across multiple organizations and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide architectural leadership for infrastructure and platform services
• Define and evolve reference architectures, architectural principles, and design standards
• Lead the design of complex systems from bare metal through networking and storage

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or systems architecture
• Proven track record of designing highly available, low-latency distributed systems
• Deep understanding of Linux system internals and infrastructure platforms
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and systems programming in languages such as Python or Java
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively across various stakeholders
