Principal Insider Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Insider Risk Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Insider Threat operations and coordinate comprehensive insider risk management strategy
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines to develop and deliver leadership reporting and guide project teams
• Coordinate incident response for insider threat alerts and develop metrics to measure program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 6+ years of experience in insider threat, insider risk, or equivalent field
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Deep understanding of insider risk management, threat detection, and incident response
• Ability to meet specialized security screening requirements
