Principal Integration Architect
Job Summary
To support enterprise-scale integration initiatives, the full-time Principal Integration Architect will design and implement a unified integration layer, lead architecture reviews, and promote AI-assisted engineering practices, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead the implementation of a unified enterprise integration layer for seamless cross-vertical connectivity
- Define and maintain application architecture standards and best practices across the integration and API engineering organization
- Facilitate domain discovery workshops and drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to enhance productivity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 5+ years in Architecture or Technical Leadership roles involving hands-on coding
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale integration platforms and distributed systems
- Strong expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and API governance
- Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, or similar technologies
