Principal Investigator in Mechanical Engineering, seeking a full-time, salaried individual to lead advanced manufacturing programs, particularly in additive manufacturing, while managing technical execution and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as technical lead on additive manufacturing programs and manage government contract execution
  • Develop engineering specifications and oversee the design and development of mechanical components
  • Maintain technical documentation for government contracts and act as the technical point of contact for customers
Required Qualifications
  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or advanced manufacturing
  • Deep expertise in metal additive manufacturing/3D printing technologies
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms
  • Experience working with government customers or government-funded programs
