Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on cultural resources compliance and provide leadership on complex regulatory issues
• Plan, scope, and oversee archaeological investigations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
• Mentor staff and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and uphold quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree (e.g., M.A, M.S, or Ph.D.) in archaeology, anthropology, or a closely related field
• 12+ years of relevant post-education experience in Section 106/110 Compliance
• Experience in cultural resource management in the Midwest or South
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring others
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
