Principal iOS Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative iOS applications, the full-time remote Principal iOS Engineer will provide technical leadership, design and implement core features using Swift, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in Agile product development, leading technical discussions and ensuring architectural alignment
• Design, build, and deploy high-priority iOS features, maintaining code quality and driving testing strategies
• Mentor team members and drive engineering excellence through knowledge sharing and best practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 8 years in native iOS application development
• 4+ years of experience programming in Swift and expertise in modern frameworks like SwiftUI and Combine
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and implement robust iOS application architectures
• Experience in defining and implementing comprehensive mobile application testing strategies
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered features and Agentic Coding paradigms is highly valued
