Principal IS Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large and complex projects remotely, the full-time Principal IS Project Manager will plan, organize, and lead cross-functional teams while collaborating with operational stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and risks are mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse IT projects across multiple divisions, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Facilitate complex decision-making processes among executive stakeholders with varying interests
• Implement change management strategies for project teams and impacted users throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare, IT, or a relevant industry, leading large-scale projects
• Proficiency in applying project management methodologies and process improvement strategies
• Experience in business development and strategic planning, including marketing and financial planning
• Ability to present professionally in environments such as conferences and meetings
