Principal IT Operations

Job Summary

As a recognized subject matter expert, the full-time remote Principal IT Operations will shape enterprise-wide IT operational strategy, drive large-scale infrastructure initiatives, and provide strategic direction on complex operational programs while advising senior leadership and cross-organizational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management and strategic direction for long-term disaster recovery implementation projects
• Define and drive enterprise-level operational strategy, translating business goals into technology roadmaps
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and initiatives with significant organizational visibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in IT operations or a related technical discipline
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs from strategy through execution
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing technical talent, including senior-level staff
