Principal IT Software Engineer

Job Summary

Guiding the development of critical customer information systems, the full-time remote Principal IT Software Engineer will design end-to-end solutions for operational data stores, manage cross-team dependencies, and lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide development and modernization of customer information operational data stores
• Lead the creation of data pathways between internal and external systems, focusing on integration with identity and access management services
• Ensure security and compliance for data and services, while governing application design and development practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred
• 5-7 years of software delivery experience in an agile environment, with a focus on enterprise, web, or mobile applications
• Strong experience with database technologies, particularly Oracle and MongoDB
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and platforms, including Azure and AWS
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation for quality, security, and performance
