Principal IT Systems Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal IT Engineering Systems Support Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Forma, and CADD/BIM environments
- Configure datasources, users, roles, permissions, and workflows across ProjectWise and Forma
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and manage system performance and usage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum of 10 years of professional IT/CADD experience in design/engineering/construction environments
- 7+ years of hands-on administration experience with Bentley ProjectWise
- 3-4+ years of experience with Autodesk Forma, including BIM Collaborate Pro/Docs
- Experience in CADD management for Autodesk and/or Bentley design tools
