Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex security initiatives and define technical strategy for Elasticsearch's security architecture
• Drive technical mentorship and promote a culture of security awareness within the engineering team
• Act as a principal voice in architectural discussions, ensuring alignment on security practices across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Core Java, including JVM memory management and high-performance coding
• Experience building scalable authorization systems, including RBAC/ABAC models
• Strong understanding of distributed systems security principles
• Knowledge of edge identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML
• Ability to collaborate with various teams to integrate security features effectively
