Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, Key Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the success and growth of a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on revenue retention and expansion
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and serve as a strategic advisor
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities while advocating for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting, with at least 3 years in enterprise or key accounts at a SaaS company
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, with familiarity in primary care organizations or health system operations
- Proven track record of retaining and growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Experience in commercial conversations and partnering with Sales for expansion opportunities
- Genuine curiosity about AI in healthcare and the ability to engage in nuanced discussions with clinical leaders
