Principal Lead Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing AI transformation initiative, the full-time Agentic Principal Lead Consultant will partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into operational workflows, facilitate process discovery, and drive change management, all while working remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders across various functions to identify opportunities for embedding AI into workflows
• Facilitate discovery processes to map current-state operations and define success metrics
• Lead change management efforts, including training and coaching teams to enhance AI literacy and adoption

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in internal consulting, business operations, or solutions architecture
• Software-engineering experience with 4+ years of delivering internal AI-native tools to production
• Experience establishing an internal AI program or workflow automation center of excellence
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
