Principal Learning Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Learning Architect to develop holistic experiences for educational products and shape design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and facilitate content strategy for digital and print experiences aligned with business objectives and user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver cohesive and innovative content experiences
• Champion human-centered design principles and mentor teams in instructional design and content system strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, UX, Content Strategy, or a related field
• 8+ years in content strategy or instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making
• Experience in K-12 print and digital teaching and learning products preferred
