Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day legal delivery for a portfolio of global investment firms, the full-time Principal Legal Lead will manage client relationships, oversee complex transaction documentation, and ensure high-quality legal services in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery for allocated clients, ensuring high-quality legal services and strong client experience
• Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee complex NDAs and ancillary transaction documents
• Act as the senior escalation point for challenging legal and client-related issues, providing high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating core transactional documents
• Demonstrable client-facing experience with direct ownership of client relationships
• Experience supervising or mentoring legal team members and reviewing their work product
• Strong blend of legal expertise and commercial acumen in client relationship management
