Passionate about student success, the part-time Principal Licensed Adjunct Faculty will facilitate online learning, provide academic support, and engage in professional development while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates a safe and productive online learning environment, interacting directly with students and providing timely feedback
• Supports departmental and institutional policies while promoting the college's vision and mission
• Engages in continuous professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness and maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in a relevant field associated with the department
• Active Principal or Superintendent License with K12 principal experience
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching and leadership experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
• Demonstrated experience in developing online professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research or creative endeavors in the field
