Job Summary

Leading engagements for top biopharma companies, the full-time Principal Life Sciences Consultant will balance project management, delivery, and business development responsibilities while shaping strategy and delivering impactful recommendations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategy and thought partner to clients and senior officers of the firm
• Analyze research and data to uncover insights and build actionable recommendations
• Craft compelling, client-ready presentations that effectively communicate key messages

Required qualifications

• 7-8 years of life sciences consulting experience, ideally at a top consulting firm or life sciences data organization
• BA/BS required; MBA or Master's in a related field preferred
• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
• Proven leadership across multiple workstreams and teams
• A self-starting, collaborative mindset with a focus on curiosity and clarity
