Job Summary

Leading the machine learning strategy for global deployment initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Machine Learning will architect advanced analytical solutions, partner with stakeholders to embed data-driven decisioning, and define success metrics to enhance customer onboarding and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the ML strategy for customer onboarding to ensure faster and safer deployments
• Architect and deliver machine learning solutions that optimize data migration and configuration validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into deployment workflows

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in machine learning development and leading research initiatives
• Expert-level knowledge of data processing and advanced machine learning methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Proven ability to lead exploratory data analysis and model building processes
• Mastery of Python and understanding of the data science ecosystem for machine learning
