Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer for a hybrid or remote position in the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Machine Learning capabilities to enhance eCommerce and customer platforms
• Develop a program of work to address strategic business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring the team remains at the forefront of technology

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of applicable work experience in Machine Learning
• Experience with Deep Learning (PyTorch) and Classical ML (Scikit-Learn)
• Demonstrable experience with Large Language Models and interactive dialog systems
• Proficiency in SQL and big data technologies, along with the Python Data Science stack
