Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build novel approaches for knowledge-grounded LLMs and multimodal modeling
• Drive POC experimentation and translate research ideas into fast, working prototypes
• Act as the technical anchor of a team, mentoring engineers and influencing design and implementation

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering with expertise in LLMs, NLP, or search
• Proven track record of building and shipping ML-powered or GenAI-integrated products
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation and scaling ML systems
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
• Expert-level knowledge of GenAI ecosystems and fine-tuning/serving frameworks
