A company is looking for a Staff/Principal Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build tools and infrastructure to enhance the speed and reliability of model development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable, end-to-end ML systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning with production-scale modeling
• Expertise in end-to-end model development including data preparation and deployment
• Experience in high-scale, ML-driven product environments, especially in fintech
• Proficiency in Python and core ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience
