Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI & Strategy Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines
• Build and prototype new internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI
• Design and implement ML models for real-time recommendations to sales users

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in backend languages (Java, Go, Python) and complex distributed systems
• Practical experience deploying Machine Learning models and building with LLMs in production
• Experience with complex enterprise software, specifically custom quoting engines or CRM internals
• Ability to design event-driven architectures and manage data flow across systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
