Job Summary

As a hands-on technical authority, the full-time remote Principal Machine Learning Engineer will design and evolve critical ML systems, focusing on large-scale architecture, training pipelines, and production deployment to enhance user experiences with AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build large-scale ML systems for data, training, evaluation, inference, and deployment
• Design high-performance training pipelines and inference systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with application engineering to integrate ML systems into various products while optimizing for production constraints

Required qualifications

• Strong background in deep learning and transformer-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ML models in production
• Proficiency in at least one modern ML framework (e.g., PyTorch, JAX)
• Experience with distributed training and inference frameworks
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with GPU optimization
