To support its AI-first era, the full-time remote Principal Machine Learning Engineer will design, scale, and evolve intelligent systems for personalization, relevance, and ranking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable ML infrastructure for personalization, search, ranking, and ad tech
• Design and implement real-time learning systems and data pipelines for consumer-scale applications
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate technical standards across the team

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling ML infrastructure for personalization and relevance
• Deep expertise in data infrastructure, distributed systems, and large-scale data pipelines
• Experience with consumer product companies utilizing ML models at scale
• Strong systems design skills and a track record of leading architectural initiatives
• Ability to operate effectively in high levels of ambiguity with minimal direction
