Job Summary
Leading the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time remote Principal Machine Learning Engineer will create large-scale multimodal experiences, design agent interaction modes, and ensure the reliability of AI systems for millions of users.
Key responsibilities
- Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences
- Design and implement various agent interaction modes, including Voice AI
- Pioneer robust evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for AI agents
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale ML models, with 2-3 years in agent-based systems
- Experience in developing engaging dialogue systems capable of long conversations
- Proficiency in building AI services for high availability and low latency
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph and AutoGen
