Leading innovative projects in the Rovo & AI Engineering organization, the full-time Principal Machine Learning System Engineer will enhance Rovo Chat by building agent harnesses that improve quality, reliability, and latency while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring other engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive technical design and launch of advanced machine learning projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to set expectations and communicate results
- Lead and mentor engineers to ensure successful project execution
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a software developer
- Experience building customer-facing Gen AI applications at scale
- Proven track record of achieving breakthrough quality and reliability in machine learning
- Deep understanding of the machine learning project lifecycle
- Experience leading and supporting senior engineers in cross-functional environments
