Principal Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Scientist to lead the development of deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and train novel deep learning architectures for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction
• Extend and adapt advances in protein language models and structure prediction to the immune receptor setting
• Partner with various teams to ensure models are capable, scalable, and aligned with therapeutic and diagnostic goals

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative discipline plus 12 years of experience in machine learning or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Progressive experience in the development and deployment of deep learning methods
• Demonstrated track record of innovating machine learning solutions to biological problems
• Deep expertise in Python and modern ML tooling, preferably PyTorch
• Exceptional depth in deep learning architecture design and implementation
