Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and establish engineering standards for IBM mainframe systems
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders on mainframe strategy
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mainframe hardware and software, ensuring system security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 15 years of experience in IBM mainframe and related technologies
• Advanced understanding of IBM mainframe peripheral architecture and hands-on experience with mainframe operations
• Significant experience leading and coaching IT professionals
• Experience with Agile work management techniques and modern change management procedures
