Job Summary
To lead the strategic direction of the People Operations Business Partner function, the full-time Principal Manager, HR Business Partner will manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment of people strategies with organizational goals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop the People Operations Business Partner team, establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability
- Translate enterprise business priorities into effective people strategies and frameworks for workforce planning and organizational design
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on employee relations, performance management, and the impact of AI and automation on workforce practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations and/or Human Resources
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into organizational design and talent strategy
- Thorough knowledge of applicable federal and state employment regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using workforce data for decision-making
- Experience coaching and developing talent within a collaborative environment
