Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal Performance and Manufacturing Architect, the successful candidate will own the connection between design intent and manufacturing reality, develop first-principles models, and ensure alignment across engineering teams while working remotely or onsite in various locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the physics and build models connecting AVF, defect mechanisms, and DVFS transients to manufacturing outcomes
- Specify ATE and SLT conditions to capture worst-case transient VF windows and detect defects at every manufacturing stage
- Author methodology documents for each program and ensure cross-team alignment on decision-making models
Required qualifications:
- BSEE, MSEE, PhD, or equivalent experience with 15+ years in the field
- Hands-on understanding of transient VF behavior and its impact on manufacturing outcomes
- Experience building first-principles models validated through real silicon
- Proven track record of defining manufacturing test specifications for shipped products
- Experience leading silicon validation experiments from NPI through production
