Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in housing finance, real estate development, or related financial services
• Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship management
• Strong understanding of the residential construction ecosystem
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence without direct authority
