Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Marketing Consultant - Health Plan Member Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strategic recommendations and set work priorities for cross-functional teams
• Lead and mentor marketing colleagues while driving outcomes through influence and partnership
• Utilize data and insights to innovate and optimize strategies for consumer engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4+ years)
• Seven (7) years of marketing experience, preferably in the health care industry
• Ability to build influential partnerships across teams, including senior leaders
• Proven track record of translating data into effective marketing strategies
• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives and driving measurable results
