Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor engineering teams while providing technical direction
• Recommend application system design and architecture, focusing on scalability and performance
• Develop and implement new products and processes that significantly impact functional results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 12+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in MDM (Master Data Management) and/or PIM (Product Information Management)
• Extensive experience with system and data architecture and design patterns
• Experience in the retail space, driving digital transformation and optimizing data quality management
