Principal Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

Principal Mechanical Engineer, responsible for leading the design development of mechanical and plumbing systems for large-scale data center campuses in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of mechanical and plumbing engineering standards and design guidelines
• Oversee technical reviews and ensure alignment with company standards across projects
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices and technical consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; PE license preferred
• 8-12+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design for data centers or similar projects
• Expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems within complex facilities
• Experience with engineering and design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit/BIM
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
