Principal Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of automation solutions in the semiconductor industry, the full-time Principal Mechanical Engineer will design new products and mechanical features, produce 3D models and drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product functionality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design new products and mechanical features for the semiconductor industry
• Produce and release 3D models, drawings, and BOMs following company processes
• Collaborate with electrical and software engineering teams to meet market and customer requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineering role
• At least 3 years of experience in a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment
• Strong 3D CAD modeling skills, particularly in ProE and Solidworks
• Knowledge of automation controls, robotics, and semiconductor system integration
