Principal ML/CV Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of advanced machine learning and computer vision solutions, the full-time Principal ML/CV Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust systems while mentoring engineers and establishing best practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of machine learning and computer vision models for production use
• Define and drive ML/CV technical strategy and architecture
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, or related fields
• Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience building and deploying production ML systems
• Proficiency in Python and the ML tooling ecosystem
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related field preferred
