Principal ML Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI/ML capabilities, the full-time Principal ML Engineer will innovate and personalize user experiences, guide a team of engineers, and apply machine learning techniques to derive insights from large datasets in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of scalable AI/ML solutions that enhance user personalization and insights
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Develop AI/ML tools and workflows to manage and utilize large datasets for analytics and product features

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and modern ML infrastructure (Airflow, MLFlow)
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and optimization techniques, including LLMs and GPU optimizations
