Job Summary

Architecting and leading the development of a standalone B2C mobile application, the full-time Principal Mobile App Developer will create a gamified consumer experience that integrates with Unity's backend systems while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect the mobile client for a consumer rewards application
• Develop engaging UI/UX components and manage virtual economies within the app
• Implement secure event tracking and lead technical initiatives for code quality and CI/CD pipelines

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building native or high-performance cross-platform consumer mobile applications
• Proven track record in developing gamified applications with high user engagement
• Strong understanding of modern mobile architecture patterns and performance profiling
• Experience with real-time data handling and offline-first capabilities
• Passion for UI/UX design and attention to micro-interactions and animations
