Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant depth in mobile development
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native
• Deep experience building native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin or Java) applications
• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs and distributed systems
