Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Mobile Engineer, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the mobile platform architecture for MetaMask Mobile, focusing on performance and integration with backend services
• Lead high-impact, cross-team initiatives and drive structural performance and stability improvements
• Enhance developer experience and automation, including improving tooling and establishing clear patterns for mobile development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and scaling mobile applications, particularly with React Native or hybrid platforms
• Deep expertise in React Native, including architecture and performance optimization
• Solid experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack)
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, influencing technical direction and shaping engineering culture
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI/LLMs to enhance developer productivity
