Principal Monetization

Job Summary

Owning the digital assets monetization vision, the full-time Principal Monetization will define pricing strategies and identify monetization opportunities for USDC, USYC, RWAs, Credit, and FX products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define Circle's monetization strategy and pricing philosophy for the full digital assets product suite
• Identify white-space monetization opportunities by analyzing market structure and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain financial models that capture the full economic picture of the digital asset portfolio

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Pricing, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or a related field
• Deep TradFi background or senior crypto capital markets experience
• Expert-level understanding of liquidity dynamics and pricing mechanics across credit, FX, and yield products
• Proven ability to drive alignment and decisions at the executive level without direct authority
• Advanced financial-modeling skills (Excel, Sheets, or equivalent)
