Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Motion Designer to create engaging motion graphics for global communications campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics for various marketing and communications materials
- Manage account coordination, quality assurance, and budget oversight
- Collaborate with team members and manage third-party design agencies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in graphic design or motion design (or Associate's Degree with 8+ years experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years experience)
- Five years of agency/in-house experience in motion design preferred
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premier Pro
- Experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design
- Graphic design print experience and understanding of brand style guides
