Job Summary
As a senior member of the team, the full-time remote Principal Multifamily Customer Engagement will consult with management on customer network development, work directly with lenders to enhance their loan delivery capabilities, and support customer engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders through customized financing strategies and exceptional customer service
- Partnering with credit, legal, risk, and servicing teams to structure transactions that align with mission and market objectives
- Providing guidance on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services while offering subject matter expertise to management
Required qualifications
- 8 years of relevant experience in multifamily finance
- Strong understanding of Fannie Mae multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting standards
- Ability to deliver training on complex products and processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
