Principal Multimedia Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Principal Multimedia Designer for a full-time remote position, who will serve as a creative counsel, support client-facing conversations, and enhance training and quality improvement across designIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as creative counsel and strategic design partner to the Sr. Director of Creative Operations
• Support sales calls, partner meetings, and client-facing conversations requiring creative expertise
• Provide creative direction on complex projects and assist in developing training materials for the creative team

Required Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing advanced creative work across multiple media types
• Significant professional experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or a related creative field
• Proven ability to create and guide agency-level creative across various platforms
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to create polished work with limited direction
• Experience with client-facing communication and participation in creative reviews or discovery calls
