Principal NetSuite Consultant

Job Summary

As a Principal NetSuite Consultant, the remote position will manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and service delivery while leading continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for service transition and delivery on assigned accounts
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
• Train and mentor team members on technical and functional skill sets while managing multiple projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA
• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including configuration, implementation, and support
• NetSuite Certifications preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
• Experience with ERP best practices and common application integrations
• Proven ability to manage client interactions and lead a team of consultants
