Principal Network Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Principal Network Architect, the candidate will define the architecture for next-generation AI and HPC networking solutions, driving system architecture across hardware, software, and networking while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end architecture for AI and HPC networking products, integrating hardware, firmware, and software
• Lead cross-functional architecture efforts to deliver scalable, high-performance networking solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize networking and compute subsystems for maximum efficiency and throughput

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• 15+ years of experience in designing and architecting high-performance networking or hardware acceleration solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in system architecture across hardware, software, firmware, and networking technologies
• Deep understanding of PCI Express, Ethernet, and modern data center networking architectures
• Strong C/C++ development experience supporting high-performance networking systems
