Principal Network DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing cloud infrastructure, the full-time Principal Network DevOps Engineer will define and drive Autodesk's global cloud networking strategy while managing automation solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the entire lifecycle of network design, deployment, and optimization
• Define the technical vision and architecture for global network and cloud connectivity platforms
• Design and maintain network automation solutions using Python and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4 - 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, and DevOps
• Strong proficiency in Python and network automation frameworks such as Ansible
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code technologies
• Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise-scale cloud networking solutions
