Principal Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Network Engineer to oversee the front-end network architecture for large-scale AI and GPU-accelerated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own front-end network architecture including DCI, edge, ingress/egress, and control-plane networks
• Design and operate large edge and service networks with scalable Ethernet architectures
• Lead deployment, validation, and troubleshooting in new data centers while maintaining reference architectures and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of data center networking experience
• Proven experience with large Ethernet fabrics and edge networks
• Strong hands-on experience with BGP, traffic engineering, and high-availability designs
• Familiarity with optical standards and transceiver types (e.g., 100G/400G/800G)
