Principal Network Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the development and maintenance of digital networks, the full-time hybrid Principal Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and create documentation for network configurations in Frisco, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance by collaborating with stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related field
• Expert knowledge of network protocols and types (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WLAN)
• Experience with network management and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile technology environments (preferred)
