Principal Network Engineer
Job Summary
Owning and evolving a multi-cloud network architecture, the full-time Principal Network Engineer will design hybrid connectivity solutions, optimize network operations, and implement security controls while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operate hybrid network connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and cloud services (AWS and Azure)
- Lead network architecture initiatives, including segmentation strategies and SD-WAN deployments
- Build and maintain network observability and develop automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive Enterprise Network Engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated practical experience with AWS and Azure networking services
- Expert-level knowledge of routing and switching protocols
- Hands-on experience with network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
